We are so excited that you have decided to submit your wedding to Ember Hairstream! There are many Bridal Hair and Make-up Artists to choose from to be a part of your big day and I am so glad you have submitted your wedding date with us!

Important Things to Know:

• We are not your typical hair and make up artists - we are a team of friends who become part of one the biggest days of your life and we honor that!
• We like to get to know you before the big day! Be expecting multiple Bridal Consults  (Zoom or In-Person)
• We believe in quality over quantity and we don't overbook our schedule, so please be patient while we make sure we are a good fit for you!

To start the initial booking process we have all potential clients fill out the form below. Our Booking Coordinator, Meagan, will respond to you within 24 hours via email. You will then coordinate with her to set up a Zoom consult where you will discuss your vision for Bridal Hair and Make-up and how many people in your party will be looking for services. To move through smoothly, it is best to know location, time and how many people as soon as you can! You will then be able to ask all your questions and get an immediate quote. 

Meagan will then bring your vision and details to our Team and together we will make sure we are all a good fit! This is based on your vision, your requests, your location and to make sure we have the appropriate number of artists available for you on your wedding day. 

A few thing to keep in mind... we work as a TEAM! We match clients and artists based on your vision and timing for the day. Requests of artists are not always guaranteed as most weddings are booked 6-12 months in advanced. When our team takes on a client, the whole team is there to support and to make sure your vision comes to life!

You will work directly with Meagan for the majority of the time and then your Lead Artist as your big day gets closer!
