No more waking up at sunrise or sitting in hair and make-up for hours. The Ember Bridal Team sends a full team of wedding professionals to get you ready in a timely and enjoyable manor.
We are trained to work large weddings and have systems in place to make sure the getting ready portion of your wedding day flows easily and effortlessly.
When you select Ember, our whole team shows up to get the hair and makeup for your wedding done in a way that guarantees an enjoyable experience and leaves you time to do other things you enjoy on the morning of your wedding.

Groomsmen Barbering
The men deserve some pampering too. Have the Groom and his groomsmen step into the Airstream for a hot straight shave and a hair cut. Our lady barbers will clean around the edges, wash (from May-Sept), cut, and style their hair after a nice, hot shave. *Straight Shave Services are only provided in the Hairstream. For on-site Men's Grooming, we provide simple hair clean ups, beard trims and neck trims with clippers and trimmers (NO STRAIGHT RAZOR).

Overnight fees are added if the distance we are traveling is more than 2 hours away (this ensures safe arrival of the Beauty Team). Travel fees are per artist working

Hair and Make-up Trial Vs. Bridal Preview
- We encourage a Bridal Preview instead of a bridal Trial.
- Bridal Previews are booked after you have saved your date with the Ember Beauty Team.
- A Bridal Preview will ensure you are placed with the same beauty team member who will also be working your wedding.
- Hair and make-up trials are an additional $100 per hour
- Trials are performed at our salon in Downtown Boulder.
- If you are requesting a trial before reserving the beauty team, you are not guaranteed to be placed with the same person who will be working your wedding.
What's Included in Package Pricing?
Guests can choose from any styling salon service such as:
- Styling on Dry Hair
- Full Face Airbrush Make-up with Lashes
- Full Face with no Lashes
- Barbering Face Shave (in Airstream only)
- Men's Grooming Hair Service
Is there a discount for large parties?
No. Our speciality is large parties and we bring a full team of beauty professionals in order to accommodate this. The larger the wedding the more artists we send to work.
Contract Details
- What if I cancel?
- There is no fee for cancelation
- We do keep your 50% non-refundable deposit. Once you save your date with us, we turn away your date to many inquiries.
- What if it snows and I booked the "Airstream"?
- We know Colorado is VERY unpredictable! We will always do our best to get the Airstream to you. Maybe we will have to go up a few days early or stay a few days late due to weather. We will not drive on snow or ice (especially in the mountains), so if snow happens, we will still bring out team and get you ready in a hotel or the event space.
- What if I want to book more services than I requested?
- Additional services may be added at anytime. We cannot guarantee additional artists will be available to work your wedding. If that is the case, we will start hair and make-up earlier.
